Ooh scats can be difficult, and I wonder if some of those scats could be possums? Did they have a distinct Eucalypt smell when crushed (which would suggest Koala)? Could you find anything other than eucalypt in the scat (which would suggest possum)? You could have both Koala and possum scats in that image!
