small, green spots; yellow and black markings of the inner thighs ... I think this is Litoria peronii (which has various common names, including 'Emerald-spotted Tree Frog'. It also has a distinctive, cross-shaped iris, but you can't see this in the photo. Still, I think the other features are probably enough. But let's see what our frog moderators say
