This appears to be a Eastern Crevice-Skink (Egernia mcpheei). They are usually in rocky areas of higher elevation, but very occasionally (in your part of the world), they are found a little lower down. Nice find!

Perhaps a species of Trametes, but I can't say anything for sure without a view of the underside.

This might be a weathered Lentinus arcularius. Are you able to say if the underside looks like that shown here: Lentinus arcularius (Fringed Polypore)
