User's notes
The tapered fluffy flowerhead on this grass appears to have green hairs with red tips to them.
There is an immature seed head, and possibly a flowerhead to the RHS photos 1 & 2, and the bud of one 2/3rds down also on RHS. (The subject plant does not involve the brown grass in front of it, or the thick strappy leafed plant behind it).
Photos 3, 4 & 5 were attempts to get different angles, and (unsuccessfully), more clarity on its leaves.
