I’ve noticed a few of these young trees in various places on this Copmanhurst NSW North coast property. The leaves are soft, but moderately stiff, shiny and undulating from the margins, (photo 1), slightly suggestive of a Tuckeroo,’s but the leaves on this are not as dark, matte or stiff as the Tuckeroos I know. A Pittosporum might be more likely. The bark of this is smooth, with occasional small bumps (photos 2 & 3), as if the remnants of nodes where earlier leaves have sprouted and since dropped off. This one would be at least 3 years old.
