User's notes

A very small mushroom with a tan on white cap, which is tall and narrow. (photos 1 & 3). White gills (photos 2 & 3), which blacken in its final disintegration. These sprung up during consistently rainy weather which gives the caps a probably uncharacteristic sheen. Most grew quite tall before ‘melting down’, though others subjected to more rain too early in their development, didn’t make it that far (photo 4). Photo 5 shows some newly sprouted fungi, and other varying stages of development and demise!
