User's notes

No buds or fruit visible or on ground around tree. Only gum of this type in the immediate area. Large amount of thick, flakey bark at foot of tree.

If it has flaky bark at base, it’s E. Rubida, not mannifera. Rubida is a dominant species in the Cooma area
