User's notes

I am told this large and bifurcated tree is a bloodwood, (?pink?, ?red?). Photo 1 shows the whole tree in late October, and photo 2, the canopy flowering in late December. (there were several in this locality and all flowered well into January). The next photos focus on the trunk. Photo 3 is of the upper trunk and main branches, photo 4 of the lower trunk, and photo 5 a closeup of the lower trunk.
